Member Classification and Qualification

(1) Fellow: The applicant must be a present or former Chairman of a recognized ICT professional and industry organization;

(2) Senior Member: The applicant must be a present or former Vice-Chairman of a recognized ICT professional and industry organization;

(3) Ordinary Member: The applicant must be a present or former Council Member of a recognized ICT professional and industry organization; or a member of a Professional Development Group of ITJC.The applicant must be recommended by one current ITJC member and purposed by two ITJC Fellows; and must fulfill at least one of the following minimum qualification requirements:

(i) Bachelor Degree in IT discipline or equivalent plus two years of relevant IT working experience; or,

(ii) Bachelor Degree in non-IT discipline or equivalent plus four years of relevant IT working experience; or,

(iii) Higher Diploma or Professional Diploma in IT discipline or equivalent plus four years of relevant IT working experience; or,

(iv) Ordinary Diploma in IT discipline or equivalent plus six years of relevant IT working experience; or,

(v) Other educational background with ten years of relevant IT working experience.
